Pre-requisites:
1. PM Ocean Procurement and Pricing Executive

Responsibilities
- Negotiate most favorable pricing and other conditions (free times, validity periods surcharges, handling fees credit terms, etc.) with shipping-lines and / or overseas PM Ocean colleagues
- Provide pricing to Schenker Thai internal parties (sales, operations, PM Ocean) as well as overseas PM ocean colleagues
- Monitor rate levels and space situation
- Manage / allocate Schenker Thai internally available carrier allocations in case of space shortages
- Secure the required allocations with carriers – if necessary with involvement of PM Ocean overseas colleagues
- Provide volume forecasts to overseas PM Ocean colleagues
- Establish and maintain close relationship with higher level commercial key persons in charge for Schenker and pricing teams at preferred and non preferred carriers resp. their agents in Thailand
- Together with operational department and other PM Ocean colleagues regularly meet and communicate with carriers in order to obtain most competitive pricing and service support enabling Schenker to secure new / maintain existing business
- Management of Schenker Thai subsidies / reinvestment of part of preferred carrier commissions into new business

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in ocean freight business – ideally in a similar position with a freight forwarder or having worked with a carrier
- Strong negotiating skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Computer literacy
2. Ocean Reefer Operations and Business Development Executive

Responsibilities
- Execute sales plan consistently in view to develop reefer business
- Establish recognition of Schenker in reefer market
- Ensure accuracy and maintain of records on sales activities by preparing regularly report and analysis of reefer sales activities
- Ensure that operational staff of ocean export department is handling reefer operations properly and meeting clients’ s service requirements
- Ensure that reefer business is handled profitably
- Ensure that the department’s volume and financial targets for reefer business are reached /exceeded
- Study and analyze direct/indirect reefer market
- Identify potential/targeted customers
- Visit targeted customers/joint sales visits visit where reefer’s opportunities available
- Prepare and follow up quotations
- Prepare SOP in compilation with customer’s loading conditions/practice facilitation. Implement and monitor SOP in coordination with reefer operation staffs. Take counter measures if required
- Provide assistance and support to customers during/after business secured
- Follow up and keep contacts with new/existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and explore new/additional reefer business opportunities
- Coordinate and cooperate with other Schenker Thai Department to develop refer business
- Coordinate and cooperate with Schenker overseas including provision/follow up of sales leads and quotations
- Preparation of sales reefer reports and update list of potential customers’ profiles
- Build up Schenker image as an alternative choice/partner for reefer business
- Lead ocean export department staff in charge for reefer business to execute reefer operations correctly and timely
- Assign operational activities and solve problems with/through these staffs in charge for reefer business
- Overall operational responsibility for coordination of reefer business with customers, carriers, terminals, trucking companies and other Schenker department and offices
- Control expenses and maximize profits
- Set up volume and financial targets and ensure that they are met/exceeded
- Ensure compliance with Schenker Thai’s ISO standards
- Build up in house reefer service knowledge/competency and train/coach staffs
- Other tasks as assigned by the ocean export department manager

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher
- At least 5 years experience in ocean reefer business – ideally in a similar function with a logistics provider or with a shipping – line
- In-depth knowledge of ocean reefer operations
- Experience in business development
3. Business Analyst Product Management Ocean and Projects/0 & G(Sirinrat Building)

Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, drive and coordinate for Schenker Thai’s Ocean and Projects/O&G activities
- a) Monthly/ yearly financial and volume budgets/ forecast/ results
- b) Controlling, DSO, accruals, customer and product profitability, other financial data
- c) Productivity reports/targets
- d) Service performance and KPI reports/targets
- e) Information/ data required for new services, major business development campaigns and new business projects
- f) Market and competitor information/ developments (potential new commodity segments and new potential trade lanes)
- g) Activities of sales department (apply tools to insight more activity/ change focus)
- h) Balance Score Card
- i) OPEX (Operational Excellence)
- j) Financial Excellence
- k) Operational department’s data quality
- l) Carrier/ subcontractor performance and service evaluations
- m) Customer questionnaires
- n) Other statistics
- Assist operational and business development departments of Schenker Thai in developing new products/ new major clients/ new industrial projects
- Together with other PM Ocean Thailand Colleagues and other departments create ocean strategies to sell more and grow faster
- Prepare management reports and presentations
- Other tasks as assigned by Director PMO and Projects/O & G

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or master degree in international business, logistics or related field
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in financial analysis
- Experience in freight forwarding or ocean freight field would be an advantage
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, computer literacy
- Knowledge of administration, economics and business development
4. Sales Executive - LCL (Sirinrat Building)

Responsibilities
- To achieve company assigned targets
- Develop the new prepaid LCL businesses
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
- Sales lead and coordinate with oversea colleague
- Other as assigned by LCL Manager

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher in any field
- Sales skill are required
- 3 - 5 years experience in freight forwarding business, LCL consolidation experience is an advantage
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Computer literacy
- Own valid driver license and car
5. Project Business Development Executive(Sirinrat Building)

Responsibilities
- Identify potential project business opportunities
- Visit potential clients/decision makers and present Schenker’s project services
- Prepare and follow up quotations
- Handling of project RFQ’s and RFI’s
- After business is secured, prepares SOP’s and implement project in cooperation with operational staffs
- Provide assistance and support during project execution
- Follow up and keep contacts with new / existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and explore new/additional business possibilities
- Coordinate and cooperate with other Schenker overseas including provision / follow up of sales leads and quotations
- Preparation of sales reports
- Preparation of reports for RHO
- Updating of list of potential projects
- Other duties as assigned by GM Projects – Oil and Gas

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher
- At least 3 years experience in freight forwarding business in operations or sales department – ideally in project business (handling of break bulk heavy lift and oversized cargoes for both ocean freight and heavy – lift and road transportation)
- Experience in freight forwarding business development / sales
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Computer literacy
- Own valid driver license and car
