Nowadays multi-national customers require the same standards in Thailand as they do in their home country

DB Schenker are meeting this requirement by worldwide standardization of working practices and quality standards.

Under our service quality policy – “Continual Improvement to Meet Customer satisfaction”, Schenker (Thai) Ltd. has acquired ISO 9001 in 1994, ISO 14001 in 2004 and TAPA certification in 2007.

Compliance Department continuously scrutinize our level of service provided to our customer. We frequently run internal audits to ensure that the standard of service is not just collecting certificates, but that world-class standards are strictly followed and adhered to.

ISO 28000 is the next challenge in process. By the end of 2009, Schenker (Thai) Ltd. is going to be certified for Total Supply Chain Security Management: a total protection of critical assets along the logistic supply chain.

Chemicals, hazardous and non-hazardous, are another area of our expertise; we offer officially certified & licensed DG storage with computerized inventory and warehouse management system. Temperature-controlled pharmaceutical and storage is also available.
